A foreign student asked me about all of the "different types of sugar" we use in America. I had to explain:
- The white packet is real sugar.
- The pink packet was invented to replace sugar without making you gain weight. It can cause cancer if you eat a lot of it.
- The blue packet was invented to replace the pink packet without the cancer risk. It's very safe, unless you have phenylketonuria, or are allergic to phenylketonurics.
- The yellow packet was invented to replace the blue packet without hurting phenylketonuriacs. It's sugar which has been molecularly altered to make it hard to digest.
People get surgery to stop themselves from eating too much.
People regularly take drugs to make themselves
- concentrate.
- happy.
- slow.
- fast.
Meat is often eaten as a paste made of an unknown number of cows. It may as well be soylent green.
Pop media are pretty much prolefeed.
The DHS advisory system exists.
After leaving high-school, I learned a lot of strange things about the world.
- Jack Ruby existed.
- The United States lost the Vietnam war.
- Operation Ajax existed.
- Operation PBSUCCESS existed.
